Terms and Conditions

1.        Production time begins from approval of artwork i.e. paper proof.

2.        All orders require confirmation of price quote and approval of the imprint or
     print prior to production.

3.        Set-up and shipping charges are included on all orders.

4.        Minimum order quantities are listed with each item. In some instances we can
     go below minimum order quantities with a less than minimum charge. Call your
     customer service rep for more information.

5.        Large volume discounts are available. Call for a quote.

6.        Prepayment is required on all first time orders. Large discounted orders may
     also require a deposit.

7.        Products ordered are shipped via Ground unless otherwise specified by
     customer.
   Small quantities may ship US Priority Mail.

8.        A-2-Z Solutions reserves the right to ship up to 10% (+/-) of the quantity 
     ordered, invoicing accordingly.
   If specific order quantities are important, please 
     inform us at the time the order.
  You will be notified if specific charges apply, 
     for an actual count.

9.        All products to be printed require vector /line artwork.  Acceptable artwork
     includes: Adobe Illustrator 10.0 or lower, CorelDraw 13 or lower, or any  
     other .EPS or vector based art.
  If you do not have usable vector (line) art  
     available, we can convert it for you.
  Our art rates are billed at $65.00/hour.  
     The first 15 minutes are free.
 

10.     All cancelled orders may be subject to art fees, set-up fees, shipping and 
    restocking charges.

11.     No returns on imprinted merchandise, all sales are final.
